As Customer Support you will work closely with our internal teams to help and satisfy our customers and to optimize our external appearance.

What you will do:
You handle the support tickets of our apps and Unity games while interacting with our internal development teams You create and maintain communication templates to make interacting with the customers as efficient and easy as possible You communicate with our customers and help with their individual problems (how-to, payment issues, etc.) You are able to use our Payout Dashboard to check the current status of transactions if asked by the customerYou support our appearance on the Google Play Store (reacting to bad as well as good reviews; forwarding critical issues to the development teams)You maintain and update our Google Business Webpage regularly
Who you are:
You have at least 1 year of experience working as customer support (Level 1 and ideally Level 2) or B2C help desk at a tech company You are experienced in publicly communicating with customers (e.g. replying to reviews on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Social Media)You have an understanding of how to handle API-Dashboards and log-in tools like KibanaYou are fluent in English and German is a plus You are actively enrolled at University
